Professional Experience
Sheila has worked as a medical aesthetic practitioner since 2000, utilizing over 40 laser platforms and every injectable introduced in the US in the past 20 years. She has provided services for national and internationally known celebrities throughout the US and Canada and is actively licensed in 35 states within the US.
She eventually co-founded VisoBella and is sought out nationally to procure her skills in the aesthetic industry relating to education, training and research. She has a distinguished skill in solving various problems arising in the industry today that require the medical management and expertise of a nurse experienced in plastic surgery, emergent and critical care. Given her years of hands-on experience and knowledge, she also consults and reviews legal cases relating to complications arising from mismanaged aesthetic services.
Sheila has pioneered innovative techniques and treatment options for basic services and complications. Her clients range from those who desire standard aesthetic services to anyone who falls under a medical emergency.
Training
Sheila has attained her Advanced Injector Competency Training through the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, as well as having the privilege to be taught by world renowned plastic surgeons. Previously held memberships with LSO, ONS, ENCP and CCRN. She has extensive training and education for advanced injection techniques, sclerotherapy, micro-pigmentation and threading.
Prior to obtaining her nursing degree she was in the engineering field, which has added the skill and education needed for interpreting and translating the dynamics and science of lasers and how they serve the general aesthetic and medical community.

Sheila has a passion and a gift for working in the aesthetic industry. She loves her work and takes pride in listening to her patients in order to provide the services that best fit their individual needs.
When setting up training courses, she takes into account that no two facilities are alike in their make-up, and works closely with the practice management to ensure optimal outcome.
Her great sense of humor brings a relaxed and fun atmosphere to any room.
